NextNewLuxury Marketplace connects buyers with verified vendors offering luxury fashion and related products.

NextNewLuxury coordinates shipping and delivery for all marketplace orders.

This Return & Refund Policy explains:

  • Which items are eligible for return

  • Which items are non-returnable

  • How refunds are processed

  • Timeframes and conditions

By placing an order on NextNewLuxury, you agree to this policy.


2. Return Eligibility Window

Eligible returnable items must be:

  • Requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

  • In original condition

Return requests submitted outside this window may be declined.


3. Returnable Items

The following items may be eligible for return:

  • Clothing (unworn)

  • Footwear (unworn, original box included)

  • Accessories (unused)

  • Items delivered damaged

  • Items delivered incorrect

  • Items significantly different from description

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, authenticity, and vendor protection reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Worn clothing or footwear

  • Items without original tags

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Intimate wear

  • Beauty products

  • Discounted / clearance items (unless damaged)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Once confirmed delivered and accepted, non-returnable items cannot be refunded.


5. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval before shipping back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Process

NextNewLuxury coordinates return logistics.

If return is approved:

  • We may arrange pickup, or

  • Provide a return shipping address

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If item is damaged, defective, or incorrect → NextNewLuxury covers return shipping

  • If buyer changes mind → Buyer may cover return shipping cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


7. Inspection & Approval

Returned items are inspected within 2–5 business days after receipt.

If approved:

  • Refund is processed to original payment method

If rejected:

  • Item may be shipped back to buyer at buyer’s cost


8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days

  • Bank processing time may vary

  • Payment gateway timelines (Paystack / Flutterwave) may affect settlement timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.


9. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Item shows minor signs of use

  • Packaging is damaged

  • Accessories are missing

Final decision rests with NextNewLuxury after inspection.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation

  • If item becomes unavailable

  • If payment fails verification

  • If fraud risk is detected

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. A return request must be submitted instead (if eligible).


11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • A wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.

Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility.


12. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

NextNewLuxury reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of use

  • Decline repeat excessive return behavior

  • Suspend accounts suspected of return abuse

  • Investigate claims before issuing refunds


13. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions

  • Deliver authentic items

  • Accept approved returns where applicable

NextNewLuxury manages dispute resolution between buyer and vendor.


14. Chargeback Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Follow this Return & Refund Policy

  • Contact NextNewLuxury before initiating chargebacks

  • Allow investigation before dispute escalation

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
